Daniel Rosen has been practicing since 1973, originally in Miami, Florida, before relocating to Southern California in 1975. He has handled business transactions for over 35 years and has significant experience in Contracts, Business & Corporate matters, Estate Planning and has a practical understanding of personal, corporate and business matters. As a previous business owner in the early 1980s, he is intimately aware of real issues that business owners regularly face.

This experience complements his practice in the Family Law arena due to his understanding of business and corporate law. For the past 10 years he has incorporated family law into his practice and handles much of the internal case preparation. Dan trained in family law mediation at the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law. He and Rosen & Rosen, LLP will settle cases when appropriate, but the firm’s reputation as experienced litigators will often lead to favorable settlements for their clients.

Additionally, Dan is deeply involved in the community with charity work. He has served on the board of directors of the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation for 13 years as its vice president, and also as their president for 4 years.
