Roskind, Andrew S.

Tim is the founder and managing attorney of InnovaLaw. His practice focuses on patent litigation and other complex commercial and consumer law matters. Tim has successfully litigated cases against some of the world's largest companies in jurisdictions across the United States. Prior to forming InnovaLaw, Tim was a member of the patent litigation practice group at The Simon Law Firm, PC in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the Illinois Institute of Technology and earned his law degree at Saint Louis University School of Law. Tim has been recognized as an Up & Coming Lawyer and a Super Lawyer Rising Star. He has also received the Medal for Excellence in Advocacy and the John C. Shepard Professionalism Award.
