Josh Roseman's practice focuses on representing public companies and their directors and officers in shareholder litigation and SEC enforcement investigations. He has extensive experience in defending private securities fraud class actions and shareholder derivative lawsuits. Josh also has successfully litigated securities law claims arising from mergers and acquisitions and proxy contests.

Josh has been very successful in helping clients navigate through government investigations of alleged accounting fraud, FCPA violations, and insider trading. Most recently, Josh represented a Fortune 100 company in an SEC investigation and has successfully defended a former general counsel against insider trading allegations. He also has been highly successful in obtaining dismissals of private securities fraud class action complaints.

Texas Monthly magazine has recognized Josh five times as a "Texas Rising Star" lawyer.  He also was recently honored by the Dallas Cardozo Society as an Outstanding Lawyer Under 40.
