Julia S. Rosen has been practicing law since 1993.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University where she graduated with honors from the college of business and a juris doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center.  She currently practices in the areas of estate planning, corporate law and property taxation.
