John Rosen has extensive experience with a variety of transactions involving public finance, corporate law, and commercial real estate. His practice includes advising corporate clients on business formation, governance, contract negotiations, securities matters and a variety of transactional and general corporate issues. His corporate practice also includes mergers and acquisitions involving various types of business entities.

John has experience in advising underwriters, municipalities, and other state and local entities on the authorization, issuance, and sale of municipal securities.  His experience in municipal finance includes serving as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and performing securities work in connection with several types of municipal securities transactions.

John's commercial real estate practice involves a variety of commercial real estate and real estate development transactions, including negotiating for purchase and sale, creation and governance of condominiums, and handling zoning/regulatory issues.

In addition, John handles commercial, real estate, and related litigation given his extensive experience and comprehensive understanding of business disputes.
