I am a co-founder of Ryan & Grinde, Ltd having worked with Jim Ryan and Kris Dicke in a previous firm. My objective was to create a law firm with each lawyer focusing on specific areas of practice and sharing each lawyer's knowledge with each other to obtain the best results for our clients. By focusing on specific areas within a general practice I feel that professional legal services may be offered at a fair cost.
The firm's clients benefit from the ability to rely on the expertise held by each member of the firm. By maintaining each attorney's expertise the firm is able to counsel the firm's clients across a broad spectrum of legal issues.
The majority of my practice involves negotiating, arbitrating, mediating and litigating disputes of many types.
These include construction issues, business issues, probate issues and other areas of conflict.
When I advise clients it is not solely from one perspective:
my practice experience allows me to advise clients knowing what happens and what needs to be proven in the event a conflict arises.
This experience benefits the client's understanding of the
"why" behind what I recommend.
