Rosen, Steven J.

Ms. Grinberg is an Associate at Kriss & Feuerstein LLP and primarily concentrates on the firm’s litigation matters. Ms. Grinberg’s breadth of experience includes representing lenders in commercial and residential foreclosure actions and representing parties in both general commercial and civil litigation matters. Ms. Grinberg has extensive appellate litigation experience, and has briefed and/or successfully argued numerous appeals before the Court of Appeals, Appellate Division (First and Second Departments) and Appellate Term (First and Second Departments).

Ms. Grinberg also has extensive experience handling commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, both in Housing Court and Supreme Court, and administrative proceedings before the Division of Housing and Community Renewal and the New York City Environmental Control Board.

Ms. Grinberg received her J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2001, and received her B.F.A. from Carnegie Mellon University in 1996.

Ms. Grinberg is admitted to practice in New York, as well as in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
