Andrew S. Roper is an associate in the New York office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP.

Mr. Roper practices in all areas of intellectual property law including patent, trademark and copyright with a focus on patent litigation, Hatch-Waxman litigation and due diligence in connection with acquisitions and evaluations of assets.

Mr. Roper graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering. His research at Case Western Reserve University focused on alternative energy and electrochemical sensors. He then went on to study law at the University of Virginia. While in law school, Mr. Roper was an Articles Editor for the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology and the Senior Executive Editor for the Virginia Law & Business Review.
