Based out of our Los Angeles office, Steve Griesemer works with clients ranging from small businesses and technology start-ups to international media corporations and municipal organizations. A graduate of the Kelly School of Business and Pepperdine University School of Law, Steve’s legal experience includes corporate formation, commercial transactions, intellectual property (including entertainment, new media and e-commerce law), and litigation in state and federal court. Steve has been responsible for the negotiation of a broad array of corporate, production and talent agreements, as well as complex information technology transactions involving applications development, networking, software licenses, ASP and OEM agreements, and digital information transfer and storage initiatives. He also has significant regulatory experience in the areas of telecommunications, utility and energy law at the state and federal levels as well as the representation of clients in state and federal courts on matters ranging from commercial leases, vendor agreements, and domain name disputes. Steve’s experience also includes the preparation of grant proposals, requests for proposals, outsourcing agreements and statements of work.
