Wesley A. Romero, born April 11, 1984, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2007. In 2010, he graduated from Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where he received his Juris Doctorate and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law. In law school, he received CALI awards for earning the top grade in both his Louisiana Civil Procedure class and his Legal Research and Writing class.
Upon graduation from law school, Wes completed a one-year judicial clerkship for Judge Clayton Davis at the 14th Judicial District Court in Lake Charles, Louisiana. After his clerkship, in May of 2011, Wes accepted a position with the firm. His practice is primarily civil defense litigation. Wes is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western District of Louisiana.
He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and Southwest Louisiana Bar Association. He was recently elected to serve on the Young Lawyers Board for the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association.
