Emily Romaninsky practices in the structured finance and derivatives area. She represents financial institutions in the structuring of collateralized debt obligations and other synthetic securities and has significant experience drafting swaps and other derivative products.

Emily also works in the area of municipal securities structured products, assisting sponsors, investors, and trustees in the formation and review of tender option bond programs.
