North Little Rock native Nicholas Lincoln Rogers graduated from the prestigious Film School at Florida State University, where he was a National Merit Scholar. After writing and directing an award-winning short film, he went on to intern for former President Bill Clinton before enrolling at the law school of Washington University in St. Louis. There, he was an editor on the Journal of Law & Policy, the founder of the Barely Legal Law Revue (an annual musical comedy show), and winner of both the University's A.E. Hotchner Prize in Playwriting and the Samuel Breckenridge Practice Court Prize. As a member of the school's national Environmental Moot Court team, he and his partner won the David Sive Award for Best Overall Brief, marking the nation's best student-written argument on environmental issues.
In his free time, Mr. Rogers enjoys the more whimsical of Little Rock's athletic pursuits, such as the Little Rock Kickball League and ultimate frisbee tournaments.
