Renee Roman is an experienced attorney, licensed by the WSBA in 1988, as well as a successful Washington state real estate broker. Prior to becoming the owner of Marine View Law & Escrow PLLC, she practiced real estate and was also a member of a general practice law firm, practicing in the fields of family law, real estate, estate planning and probate. She successfully participated in the sale of numerous residential and commercial properties, both as a real estate agent and broker. She concentrates her practice on real estate law, escrow services, business matters, estate planning and probate. In addition to her traditional real estate practice Renee advises clients about their options regarding foreclosure, deed in lieu and short sales.
