Mr. Rogers is a partner in the Business Department and Co-Chair of the Real Estate and Institutional Finance Practice Group. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters including leasing, sales, acquisitions, financing, title insurance coverage and claims, code compliance and residential community association affairs.
Mr. Rogers works extensively with all types of commercial real estate clients, especially institutional real estate investors and finance lenders and those leasing, selling, and acquiring commercial properties, in meeting their sophisticated real estate needs. Mr. Rogers has handled numerous commercial real estate transactions in many states throughout the United States, including all types of financing. He has lectured to numerous groups in many areas of commercial real estate issues including mortgage foreclosures and title insurance matters.
Mr. Rogers received his B.S., with honors, from the Pennsylvania State University in 1975, his M.A. in 1978 from Villanova University and his J.D., cum laude, in 1982 from the Villanova University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Rogers is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United State District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Rogers is a fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, an invitation-only society of the country's leading mortgage attorneys. He was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. He has been accepted as a Life Member in the National Registry of Who's Who and has been listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the East, published by Marquis Who's Who. He is a also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Commercial Mortgage Securites Association, the American Land Title Association, the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and is an active member of the Real Property Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
