Dante concentrates his practice in complex litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of professionals including attorneys, accountants, architects and engineers and directors and officers. In this capacity Dante has represented a considerable number of attorneys, accountants, architects and engineers in professional malpractice actions.
In addition to his defense of professionals, Dante is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and his practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law including federal and state litigation, appeals, patent and trademark prosecution, licensing and client counseling. In this capacity, Dante has represented a significant number of product manufacturers, designers and distributors in products liability actions.
Dante also has significant experience in the areas of business litigation, intellectual property, insurance and admiralty and maritime law. He has represented many clients in intellectual property actions including claims for misappropriation of trade secrets and trademark infringement, marine terminal operators, ship owners in cargo, property damage and personal injury claims as well as restaurants, hotels and businesses in premises liability claims involving allegations of serious and permanent injuries.
Before joining the firm, Dante worked as an electrical design engineer in the manufacturing and machine design fields. In 1992 Dante received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and subsequently, in 1998, received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law - Camden, New Jersey.
