Roller, Elmer L.

Anne H. Rogers was born in Clinton, Missouri. She received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas in 2001. Prior to attending law school, Annie worked for Washington, D.C. public affairs firm, Quinn Gillespie & Associates, P.C., performing government and strategic public relations services to leading corporations, trade associations and coalitions. She attended law school at St. Louis University, earning her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in International Law in 2006. While at St. Louis University, she participated in the Summer International Law Program in Madrid, Spain, worked in the St. Louis University Law School Clinic as a Rule 13 Attorney, and was an extern in the United States Attorney's Office--Eastern District of Missouri.

Annie is licensed to practice in Missouri and the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri.
