Ross Greenberg's practice focuses on antitrust and other complex litigation matters.  At AVH, Mr. Greenberg assists with Hart Scott Rodino filings, responding to Second Requests and eDiscovery issues that arise in the context of complex litigation.

Prior to joining AVH, Mr. Greenberg assisted many top law firms with the oversight of complex litigation, internal investigations and Second Requests.   Further, Mr. Greenberg's experience includes representing large telecommunication companies in the context of transactional and regulatory work, and other corporate clients engaged in multi-million dollar deals.
