Rogers, Pollard

Sara H. Roemaat is an associate attorney specializing in criminal defense, temporary restraining orders, traffic, estate planning, and bankruptcy law. Ms. Roemaat has experience in handling misdemeanors, felonies, revocation hearings for probation, parole and extended supervision, and appeals of those who are already convicted. She has litigated appeals ranging from low level felonies to Class B 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. She practices in numerous counties in Wisconsin, including Waukesha, Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Walworth, and Ozaukee.

Ms. Roemaat was born and raised in Brookfield, Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, receiving degrees in History and Political Science. She then graduated from Marquette University Law School. While in law school, she interned for a year at the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office and for a summer at the Legal Aid Society. While in law school, she was a member of the Children and Family Law Society, a member of the Pro Bono Society, a volunteer at the Family Law Pro-Se Clinic in Milwaukee, and a volunteer at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic. She spent time on the dean's list at both Madison and Marquette.

Ms. Roemaat is licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin and the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Waukesha County Bar Association, the Justinian Society of Lawyers, and Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
