Jeremy Gray's practice focuses on civil litigation, at the trial and appellate level, with an emphasis on contract disputes, antitrust defense, and corporate fiduciary/obligation litigation. Jeremy has litigated matters in federal and state courts with experience ranging from pre-suit factual investigations through appeal. Jeremy has a varied civil litigation practice, and his representative clients and matters include: a privately held holding company in litigation regarding its decision to liquidate certain portions of its holdings, a national staffing firm in a multimillion dollar breach of contract dispute, and a multinational engine manufacturer in a contract dispute with its largest customer.

Jeremy is member of the American Bar Association and its Antitrust Section.
