Scott Grant’s practice primarily focuses on trust and estate planning and administration, probate, tax planning, and business succession planning advice to business owners and individuals. Mr. Grant has served as President of the Francis Lynde Foundation from 2009 to 2012 and counsels clients in charitable planning, including the formation and administration of charitable foundations and trusts. Mr. Grant’s practice also includes general litigation, debt collection and corporate transactional work.
