Frank J. Gray has practiced law in Fort Wayne since 1969. As a former Assistant United States Attorney, he has represented and worked with numerous federal agencies before returning to private practice to represent clients interacting with the federal and state governments. He served a combat tour in Vietnam before beginning private practice.

Mr. Gray represents business and individual clients in complex litigation and is retained to assist in complex probate litigation matters that involve substantial estate issues. He has conducted internal investigations for non-profit and for-profit corporations. His clients include numerous businesses that have come to rely on his daily advice for their successful operation.

Mr. Gray has represented business and individual clients throughout the eastern United States in civil and criminal litigation. He has acted as counsel in numerous environmental litigation matters and served as the Chairman of an appointed panel of Master mediation attorneys in one of the largest Superfund cases ever filed in the United States involving more than 1,100 defendants.

He frequently instructs other attorneys through Continuing Legal Education Programs on ethics and litigation issues and has taught at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. He represents attorneys and health care providers in licensure and disciplinary issues with state agencies. He has also represented public officials, teachers and law enforcement personnel in the performance of their duties.

He has been an "AV" rated lawyer for more than 30 years and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers with his partners, Sherrill Colvin and John Feighner. He has served as President of the Benjamin Harrison Inns of Court Chapter in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is consistently listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Indiana Super Lawyers.
