Mr. Rodriguez is a native of Havana, Cuba. He emigrated to the United States in the early 1970's. A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Political Science, Mr. Rodriguez was an active member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity and the Rutgers University Senate. Thereafter, he attended the University of Toledo College of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. While in law school, Mr. Rodriguez won the 1991 Charles W. Fornoff Appellate Advocacy Competition and in 1992 he was named the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy.
After law school, Mr. Rodriguez joined CCH, Inc., specializing in the field of legal writing. In the spring of 1997, Mr. Rodriguez joined the Law Offices of Jon M. Bramnick as an associate. He now concentrates his practice on plaintiffs' personal injury, workers' compensation and criminal defense.
