Graham Robinson is the chair of the firm's Corporate Practice Group and a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He joined the firm in 2000.
Practice
Mr. Robinson represents technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of transactions and general corporate matters. His clients range from startup companies to large public companies. Mr. Robinson has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions transactions for his clients. He has represented corporations, special committees and private equity funds in a variety of business combination transactions, both domestically and overseas. Mr. Robinson also serves as regular counsel to several private equity funds and hedge funds.
In 2011, Mr. Robinson was named by the Boston Business Journal as one of its "40 under 40" business and civic leaders in the city of Boston.
