Nicole practices in the area of collection, construction, business and real estate law. She has represented a variety of clients in these areas including developers, contractors, subcontractors, owners and lenders. Nicole assists clients with their transactional and litigation needs including drafting and negotiating contracts, assisting them in collecting on delinquent accounts, and representing them in contested matters. She has spent over 10 years representing the interests of contractors and subcontractors in construction lien related litigation and collection matters.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys running, biking and skiing with her family.
Prior to joining Brandt Fisher Alward & Pezzetti in 2009, Nicole practiced in Troy for one year and for 12 years in East Lansing.
