Dana A. Dwiggins focuses her practice primarily on probate and trust litigation. She has represented heirs, beneficiaries, creditors and fiduciaries in matters affecting all aspects of trusts and estates. Ms. Dwiggins also represents and assists personal representatives in handling all aspects of the administration of probate and trust estates. She has experience in handling all aspects of litigation in the state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate level, including case assessment, motion practice, hearings, discovery, depositions, trial, settlement conferences, mediations and appeals.

Prior to forming Solomon Dwiggins & Freer, Ltd., Ms. Dwiggins served as a litigation associate for over 5 years at Lionel Sawyer & Collins and was a member of its Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Ms. Dwiggins is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, American Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association and Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys. Ms. Dwiggins is licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada, United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the U.S. Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit.
