Robins, Elizabeth Silvis

John Dunn's practice consists principally of advising non-US clients on their US activities and US clients on their operations abroad. He has substantial transactional experience in acquisitions, agency/distribution relations, construction contracts, dispositions, joint ventures, and technology transfers. He also has regularly advised clients on various aspects of EEC law, including audit/compliance programs and competition law.

Among the clients for which he regularly acts are Elsag Bailey Process Automation N.V., G.D. Searle Company, LTV Steel Company, Mannesmann AG, and Sasib SpA.

John is a frequent speaker on topics related to international commercial transactions and is also active in numerous Center for Public Resources Alternate Dispute Resolution projects.
