Seth J. Robbins, an associate in the firm's Litigation practice area, is a product of Phillips Academy Andover, Boston College and Suffolk University Law School, cum laude. Mr. Robbins specializes in handling complex civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country and has extensive experience in trial and appellate practice, alternative dispute resolution, expert witness development and litigation management.
Mr. Robbins' practice is vast and diverse. For example, Mr. Robbins frequently represents clients in matters involving complex business, probate, professional liability, real estate, employment and personal injury related disputes, including defamation, discrimination and disputes between heirs, beneficiaries and members of closely-held corporations, LLC's and partnerships. Mr. Robbins has successfully represented several clients before various State Commissions and Boards, including the State Ethics Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and different Boards of the Division of Professional Licensure.
Mr. Robbins has also developed a criminal practice, representing clients charged with crimes in state and federal courts ranging from domestic assault and battery to drug and firearm possession and distribution to participation in counterfeit check cashing schemes. Mr. Robbins takes great pride in always being accessible to his clients (and his clients' families) so as to ensure that sound legal advice is only a phone call away.

Mr. Robbins is admitted to practice in all Massachusetts state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Boston Bar Association.
While at Suffolk, Mr. Robbins was a Note Editor for the Suffolk Transnational Law Review and authored an article on music piracy.
