While in high school in Millbrook, NY, Kim Gould spent a year as a Rotary sponsored exchange student in Recife, Brazil. She attended Russell Sage College in Troy, NY graduating with a degree in Biology before working for a year in the paint chemistry department at the Dupont company in Michigan. She graduated cum laude from Albany Law School and while in law school clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge David R. Homer working solely on Social Security appeals. Other than a one year stint as in-house counsel for Eagle Claims Service in Pennsylvania, Ms Gould has been an associate with Erwin, McCane & Daly since 1997. Ms Gould devotes most of her time to writing legal briefs, performing legal research and taking depositions. In addition to New York, Kim is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
