In 1971, Oklahoma attorney Warren Gotcher was admitted to the practice of law the Northern, Eastern and Western Federal District Courts in Oklahoma, Northern and Western Districts of Texas, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the Central District of Illinois, the 10th Circuit and 5th Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.
