Raphael Duran is an associate in the firm's Philadelphia office where his practice is focused exclusively on workers' compensation litigation. He is currently licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Raphael graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002 with a B.A. in Political Science and Communications. After graduation from the University of Pittsburgh, Raphael worked for Jones Day as a legal assistant, where he assisted on toxic tort litigation. Raphael then graduated from Drexel University's Earle Mack School of Law in 2010. He graduated with honors in the Business and Entrepreneurship Concentration Program. During law school Raphael was a member of the Moot Court Board. As a member of the Moot Court Board, he represented Drexel University in the University of San Diego Criminal Law Moot Court Competition.
During law school, Raphael was active in the Camden and Chester communities which earned him distinctions for his pro bono services to those communities.
