Drew Dulberg is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Working Group. He joined the firm in 2010.
Practice
Mr. Dulberg's practice focuses on complex commercial disputes across many industries. Mr. Dulberg has represented numerous banks, financial service companies, and issuers of securities charged with violations of state and federal law, and breaches of fiduciary duties. He has also represented pharmaceutical companies engaged in intellectual property litigation, frequently in the Abbreviated New Drug Application context. More generally, Mr. Dulberg’s range of experience includes arbitrations in the automotive industry, a mediation involving architecture, and litigation concerning zoning law. He has successfully represented multiple pro bono clients, and achieved the exoneration of a convicted criminal based on DNA evidence. He has experience handling all phases of litigation, having drafted complaints, dispositive motions, pre- and post-trial briefing, coordinated electronic discovery, and prepared fact and expert witnesses for depositions.
Past Experience
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Dulberg completed a clerkship with the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. During law school, Mr. Dulberg worked at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where he drafted pretrial pleadings, prepared witnesses for depositions, and conducted legal research. Mr. Dulberg also worked at a small law firm in Manhattan, where he participated in class action lawsuits and federal civil rights cases. While in college, Mr. Dulberg spent four summers at Commonwealth Financial Network producing marketing materials for financial advisors and high net worth clients seeking wealth management solutions.
