Amelia Roberts is a native of Chattanooga. She attended Hixson High School and then obtained her B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she attended on full scholarship.
She has litigated numerous personal injury, workers' compensation, civil rights and bankruptcy matters.
She represented the families of the victims in cases involving the two largest settlements paid by the City of Chattanooga for civil rights violations.
Ms. Roberts has a commitment to justice for the citizens of the Tennessee Valley and has a reputation for ethical and aggressive representation.
She is a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
