Allan L. Gosdin joined Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP in 2007 as a member of the Transactional Department.
Mr. Gosdin has drafted and negotiated commercial leases on behalf of both owners and tenants and has represented clients in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gosdin was employed by International Paper Company as counsel to its Real Estate Division where he represented the Company in all aspects of its corporate real estate function including the sale of surplus industrial facilities and the negotiation of office and warehouse leases.
Mr. Gosdin is a 1990 graduate of Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Michigan. He is a member of both the New York and New Jersey Bar.
