Doug Gosden represents lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions with particular focus on syndicated credit facilities for the communications and health care industries. He has negotiated and documented numerous secured and unsecured credit facilities, including syndicated loans, single bank loans, asset-based loans, dividend recapitalization transactions, acquisition finance transactions, supply side finance transactions, and restructuring transactions. Doug regularly advises clients in issues arising in all aspects of secured transactions, including Uniform Commercial Code foreclosure proceedings.
Most recently, Doug has been involved in a number of debt restructure transactions, including several debt buyback transactions.
Doug has handled substantial matters for Bank of America, Royal Bank of Canada, The Toronto-Dominion Bank, and Wachovia Bank.
Doug is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and seminars on commercial financing topics. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
