Mr. Ritter joined the firm in 2012 after completing an Agricultural Law Fellowship for the Dickinson School of Law, Agricultural Law Center.

Justin’s practice generally focuses on business law, wills, trusts, and estates, both transactions and litigation. As the son of two small business owners, Justin is also an advocate for small to mid-size businesses; he is particularly partial to innovative business sectors, including the aquaculture industry.

Following graduation from Dickinson School of Law, Mr. Ritter volunteered for the Honorable Justice Henry duPont Ridgely of the Delaware Supreme Court; in this capacity, Justin gained valuable experience with some of the most high stakes and cutting edge corporate and business legal issues throughout the Union.

Justin received his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from Salisbury University, Maryland, in 2008, where he played outside linebacker on the football team. During his time at Salisbury, Justin also obtained academic designations as a Presidential Citizen Scholar and Bellevance Honors Program Graduate.

Justin enjoys spending his spare time exploring new places, thoughts, ideas, literature, art, movies, foods, and other related experiences.
