Pam received her B.A. (with Distinction) from Boston University, and her J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 1991. She joined Wishart Norris Henninger & Pittman's Burlington office in 1991 and became a member in 1996. Pam practices in the area of civil litigation, primarily in commercial disputes. She handles a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, unfair trade practices and other business torts, shareholder litigation in closely-held businesses, partnership disputes, employment litigation, estate litigation, and appellate work. Pam is admitted to practice in all North Carolina state courts, all United States District Courts in North Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also serves as a member of the Business Law and Litigation Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association.
