Colette A. Goodkin Wolff is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department. She is a member of the Biotechnology and Life Sciences Practice Group. Her experience includes significant work on business transactions for U.S. and European pharmaceutical, biotech and other companies, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; intellectual property transfers; licensing, collaboration, commercialization, supply and distribution arrangements; multi-site clinical trials; general corporate and commercial transactions, entity formation and restructuring, and intellectual property prosecution and portfolio management.

Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Colette was an associate with the Los Angeles office of a regional general practice firm where her practice included general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and securities as well as business litigation. Colette was also corporate/M&A in-house counsel with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Roseland, NJ and an associate with a New York based regional general practice firm, where her practice included mergers and acquisitions, securities, general corporate advice and intellectual property prosecution and portfolio management.

Colette graduated with an A.B. magna cum laude from Lafayette College in Geology and History, and received her law degree from Harvard Law School.
