Jennifer M. Drogula has a general corporate and transactional practice, with particular emphasis on cross-border investment, investment fund formation, joint ventures and commercial transactions.
Practice
Ms. Drogula has represented clients in a variety of transnational business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, debt financings and joint ventures. Ms. Drogula advises US and non-US private equity and venture funds in connection with capital formations, portfolio investments and fund administration matters. She has advised clients financed by government and multilateral financial institutions, such as the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, the International Finance Corporation and the Inter-American Development Bank. Ms. Drogula has extensive experience in transactions in Latin America and Africa and has also handled transactions in Europe and Asia. Ms. Drogula has advised clients in connection with technology transactions ranging from technology acquisitions and licensing to distribution arrangements. She has handled a variety of commercial transactions, particularly in the area of international communications services, including developing contracts and facilities for international telecommunications, satellite, Internet and technical support services.

Ms. Drogula is a member of the American Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association.
