Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, attorney Ernesto Gonzalez has focused his practice on representing individuals injured as a result of somebody else’s negligence. He represents people who have suffered personal injuries in car accidents, truck accidents, slip-and-falls, or other personal injuries caused by careless behavior of another. Before founding Law Offices of Ernesto Gonzalez, P.A., he worked for several prestigious Central Florida law firms, and represented numerous clients in cases involving auto accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice and nursing home negligence. He negotiated numerous six-figure settlements on behalf of his clients. In 2008, attorney Gonzalez obtained a four million dollar verdict in court for the mother of a teenage girl killed in an auto accident.

Attorney Ernesto Gonzalez received his law degree from American University Washington College of Law, where he served as editor and Spanish translator for the American University International Law Review and the Sustainable Development Law and Policy Brief. While in law school, he worked for the Impact Litigation Project, a public interest initiative focused on exposing and combating human rights abuses in Latin American countries. Before attending law school, Attorney Gonzalez received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, where he was a member of The President's Honor List and of Golden Key International Honor Society.

In addition to representing people in car accident and personal injury cases, attorney Gonzalez defends individuals wrongfully accused of traffic infractions, including DUIs. He also represents individuals and businesses in a wide variety of cases involving contract disputes.
