Riley, William D.

As a member of the Tulane Maritime Law Society and a TMLS Student Editor, Janice Gonzales was among the founders of the review now known as The Tulane Maritime Law Journal and has been an Advisory Editor since its inception. Her experience in research, writing, and editing includes several years as a research assistant at Tulane Law School for the freshman course in legal research and writing and for the preparation and publication of an international law textbook.
