Riesenberg, Laura Brunton

Marshall P. Richer was admitted to the New York bar in 1985, the united States District Court, Northern District of New York in 1985 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1998. Marshall attended the State University of New York at Albany where he received his B.A. in 1981. He later attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and received his J.D. in 1984.
