Adam W. Downs received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resource Management from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Pace University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey

He is a member of the White Plains Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Prior to embarking on a career in the legal profession, Mr. Downs worked in residential construction and landscaping.
