Richardson, Boyce N.

Ms. Richards is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation. Ms. Richards handles matters concerning fire losses, products liability, negligence and construction defects.

Ms. Richards received her B.S. from Saint Joseph’s University in 1999 and her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2008.  While in law school, Ms. Richards actively participated in the Advanced Civil Practice Clinic, Immigration Project and provided tax assistance to elderly and low income individuals through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. Ms. Richards was the recipient of the Pro Bono Service Award at graduation. 

Ms. Richards is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, but practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department. Ms. Richards is a member of the American Bar Association.
