David W. Dorton is an Associate with Wood, Herron & Evans and is involved in all phases of the firm's practice, with concentration in mechanical technologies. Admitted to the Ohio bar in 2001, David joined Wood, Herron & Evans in 2000.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1990 and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1991 from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. David received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2001.
David has 7 years experience as a product engineer in the field of noise and vibration control, particularly in the design of elastomeric vibration isolators.
He is an active member of the American and Ohio Bar Associations and he resides in Mason, Ohio with his wife Kim and their three children.
