Marc focuses his practice on civil litigation and white-collar criminal matters. He has particular experience in the defense of federal and state antitrust and consumer protection claims. In the course of these cases, he has coordinated clients' defenses in litigation that crosses state and national boundaries, including all aspects of fact and expert discovery, and motions practice. Marc's criminal defense practice extends to the representation of clients under investigation by law enforcement or grand jury, as well as the conduct of internal investigations and the implementation of corporate compliance programs. He has handled cases involving a wide range of white-collar crimes, including improper accounting and false financial statements, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, and broker/dealer sales practices.
