Daniel L. Donovan was raised in Greensboro, North Carolina. He attended Page High School and enrolled at Appalachian State University with the intent of pursuing a law degree upon graduation. While at Appalachian State, Daniel was co-founder of a small business. Upon graduation, he immediately went to work full time for that business.
With law school on hold, Daniel continued to work until he came to a crossroads in his career in 2005. Still desiring to become an attorney, and not wanting to leave the Triad area, Daniel enrolled at Elon University School of Law. While enrolled at Elon, Daniel met James M. Roane, III. Mr. Roane was an adjunct professor at the school, teaching a course on trial skills and techniques. Daniel excelled in the class and was offered a job shortly after graduating in 2009.
Since then, Daniel's work at Roane Law has been focused on civil litigation and workers' compensation. Daniel believes that a successful law practice, like any other business, should be centered on customer satisfaction. He and the rest of the Roane Law team, work hard to understand their clients' problems and concerns, educate their clients on the applicable law, and then pursue resolution that best fits the client's needs.
