Joseph Ricchezza was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is currently a resident of New Jersey. Mr. Ricchezza actively litigates matters throughout the State of New Jersey and in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, He has also been admitted pro hac vice in other jurisdictions at the request of his clients. He serves as an appointed arbitrator and mediator at the request of various insurance carriers and defendants. He is a mentor for a local paralegal studies program. He also provides periodic seminars and educational courses covering a wide variety of topics including deposition strategy and techniques, evidence preservation, personal injury protection benefits, defense and indemnity obligations, commercial vehicle emergency investigations, mitigation of damages in catastrophic loss cases and common carrier liability. He is the author of "Threshold Determinations Pennsylvania's Unique Approach to Strict Products Liability" and "A Critique of the Various Court Secrecy Reforms and a Model for Future Reforms".
