Mark Goglia advises emerging growth and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on corporate governance, M&A/takeovers, joint ventures, initial public offerings (IPOs), and other registered securities offerings.
Mark has substantial experience in the retail, energy, and technology sectors. He represented Albertsons in its acquisitions of Shaw's Supermarkets and Bristol Farms and in its $16 billion sale to SuperValue, CVS, and other investors. He represented independent oil refiner Alon USA Energy in its initial public offering and subsequent acquisitions of the Krotz Springs, Paramount, and Edgington oil refineries. He has advised technology companies, including Micron, Cisco Systems, and i2 Technologies, with respect to M&A, joint venture, and other corporate transactions.
Mark has assisted issuers and underwriters in IPOs of more than 15 companies, including the IPOs of A.C. Moore Arts and Crafts, AHL Services, C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Comfort Systems USA, FlashNet, NEON Systems, and Waste Industries.
