Bailey Goldberg is an associate in the Corporate Law Group. His practice focuses on corporate law matters and estate planning. Bailey is responsible for forming corporations, limited liability companies, and other unincorporated associations. Bailey is also responsible for drafting and reviewing corporate transactional documents, related employment and acquisition agreements, and helps clients with business succession planning.
Attorney Goldberg earned a J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2012, and a B.A. in Sociology and Justice Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire.
During law school, Bailey interned for the Massachusetts Department of Correction, Legal Division and for the City of Waltham Law Department. In his third year of law school, Bailey served as a Note Editor of the Boston University Journal of Science and Technology Law.
Attorney Goldberg was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in November, 2012.
