Ellen B. Resnick has been associated with the firm since 1994 and has been integrally involved in the firm's client representation including trials, appeals and the firm's successful litigation before the United States Supreme Court. Ellen B. Resnick is admitted to practice before the bars of New York (1991) and Connecticut (1991); the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (1991); and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Ms. Resnick is a graduate of Columbia Law School where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and winner of the James A. Elkin prize in criminal law and the Young B. Smith prize in torts. She earned a B.A. in Social Studies from Harvard College, magna cum laude, and holds an M.A. from Harvard University in Middle East Studies.
